Why Settings matter on day one

Every PDF and portal view uses your organization profile. If you skip Settings, invoices look incomplete and Morocco legal lines stay off the PDF. Complete the setup checklist on the dashboard once — then create documents with confidence.

Morocco (ICE, IF, RC, Patente)

Country = Morocco unlocks DGI fields in Settings. Fill ICE, Identifiant fiscal, Registre de commerce, Patente and address. Empty values are intentionally omitted from the PDF (not shown as blank dashes). PortaFact warns you on the document page when these are still empty.

International clients

On each client: country, billing address, VAT / Tax ID, email, Phone/WhatsApp, PDF language and email/WhatsApp language. ICE/IF/RC stay Morocco-only. This is client information, not a CRM.

Logo & PDF theme

Upload a logo and pick Classic / Modern / Minimal plus a primary color. This is how clients recognize your brand on every PDF.

Two payment tabs

Client payments = seller Paddle wizard for invoice checkout. Subscription = your PortaFact plan (Paddle or CMI). Enable email reminders (J−1 through J+30) on the workspace tab. Agency: invite teammates under Team.
