What PortaFact is

PortaFact is invoicing SaaS for freelancers and small agencies. You manage clients, create unlimited quotes and invoices from Solo ($5/mo), send them, then follow up until you get paid. The product is not “send a PDF and hope.” The live loop is Invoice → Follow-up → Payment: Payment Center on the dashboard, a timeline on each invoice, and a portal where the client can pay, promise a date, ask a question, or report a payment issue. Agency adds team invitations and client projects. PortaFact does not do legal collection, CRM, or AI chase.

The complete process

1. Create your organization (country, currency, language). 2. Settings: address, logo, PDF theme. Morocco-only: ICE / IF / RC / Patente. Other countries: VAT / Tax ID. 3. Add a client: country, address, VAT, email, phone/WhatsApp, billing language. 4. Create a quote or invoice. Optional deposit (30% / 50%). 5. Send by email (portal link). WhatsApp is a wa.me link you send — not auto-send. 6. Client opens the portal: Pay now, I’ll pay on a date, I have a question, Payment issue. 7. Payment Center lists overdue, promised, promise today, missed promises. Timeline records every step. Online pay uses your seller Paddle — not the PortaFact subscription.

Three surfaces, one account

• Web app (app.portafact.com) — Payment Center, invoices, seller Paddle wizard. • Android app — owner-side Payment Center, timeline, promises, quick invoice (same account). • Client portal — no PortaFact account for the client; Pay now and follow-up actions.
