Create a quote

Quotes → New quote. Select client and line items the same way as invoices. Notes and terms are optional.

Issue date & valid until

On web and mobile you can set the issue date and validity end date. Default validity is often +30 days — adjust before sending so the client knows the offer window.

Send by email or WhatsApp

Send emails the PDF + portal link. WhatsApp opens a prefilled message in the client’s language (or your org default).

Accept → invoice

When status is Sent or Accepted, convert to invoice in one click. The client can also Accept from the portal.
