Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to PortaFact SaaS subscriptions purchased through our website. PortaFact subscription payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

2. Free trial

New customers may start with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends. After the trial, your selected plan renews automatically unless cancelled.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings in the app or through the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access generally continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

4. Refund eligibility

Except where required by applicable consumer protection laws, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue preventing use of the Service, contact us within 14 days of the charge at [email protected]. We will review your request and, where appropriate, coordinate with Paddle.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, your account may be suspended while the dispute is investigated.
